Kenvue (KVUE) chief financial officer Amit Banati will step down effective May 12, 2026.
Heather Howlett has been appointed interim CFO and will also continue as chief accounting officer from the same date.
Howlett will serve as principal financial and accounting officer during her interim tenure.
She has been chief accounting officer since May 2023 and previously held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Trane Technologies, and others.
She will receive an additional monthly stipend of $125,000 while serving as interim CFO.
Her 2026 compensation includes ~$544K base salary, ~$299K target bonus, and ~$420K in equity awards.
