Angel Studios (ANGX) on Friday said it has priced its underwritten public offering of 14.3M shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $2.10 per share, for total expected gross proceeds of approximately $30 million.
The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.14M shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
The offering is expected to close on April 13, 2026.
ANGX -22.64% premarket to $2.22.
