Aureus Greenway表示Powerus在合并前获得5000万美元ESG融资

Aureus Greenway Holdings (AGH) announced Autonomous Power Corporation (“Powerus”) secured $50M funding from KCGI ESG funds pre-merger.
These funds were allocated to scale autonomous defense manufacturing across the U.S. and South Korea.
The stock fell ~2.14% to $3.23 post announcement.
