补充资料：Pursuant to a declaration of trust, Ms. Liu Zhilan confirmed that (i) she held the entire shareholding interests of Driving Force Global Limited for the sole purpose of setting up the Post IPO RSU Scheme for the Company; and (ii) she in the capacity as the RSU Trustee will vest the relevant underlying Shares (reserved and held by Driving Force) of the RSUs granted under the Post-IPO RSU Scheme in accordance with the instruction of the Company for the benefit of the employees of the Company.
