Universal Logistics (ULH) appointed Michael Rogers as chief financial officer and treasurer effective June 1, 2026.
Rogers currently serves as CFO of Conlan Tire Co. and affiliates and previously spent ~30 years at Ford Motor Company in senior finance roles.
He will succeed Jude M. Beres, who is resigning effective May 29, 2026.
Beres will remain through late May to support a smooth leadership transition.
