On Monday, Mach Natural Resources (MNR) announced a secondary offering of ~9M common units as selling unitholders—VEPU, Simlog, and Sabinal Energy Operating—plan to offload their stakes.
The company will not issue any units or receive any proceeds from the offering.
The underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.35M additional units. Furthermore, the offering closing isn’t guaranteed.
MNR traded lower by 5.23% to $13.41 in after-hours on Apr. 6.
