- Quhuo Limited (QH) on Thursday said that it has received a Nasdaq delisting determination after its American depositary shares traded at or below $0.10 for 10 consecutive trading days.
- Trading in the company’s ADSs will be suspended at the start of business on April 6, unless the company successfully appeals the decision.
- Quhuo said it plans to request a hearing before a Nasdaq panel by the April 6 deadline, though the appeal will not delay the trading suspension.
- There is no assurance the appeal will succeed.
- QH -29.72% premarket to $0.0759.
