Basel Medical (BMGL) said that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements after submitting its amended annual report, resolving a prior filing deficiency.
The Singapore-based healthcare provider listed on Nasdaq, faced a delinquency notice in December 2025 for its initial incomplete FY2025 Form 20-F.
The stock price traded 2.7% higher on Tuesday during pre-market hours of trading.
