BARK结束审查，拒绝GNK/Lemonis收购;股价下跌19%

- BARK (BARK) on Friday said it will not pursue a transaction after reviewing previously disclosed acquisition proposals, including an offer from GNK Holdings LLC and Marcus Lemonis that its board determined undervalued the company, sending its shares down about 19%.
- The company’s special committee determined that a proposal from GNK Holdings LLC and Marcus Lemonis did not adequately reflect its value and decided against further engagement. An earlier proposal from Great Dane Ventures has been withdrawn.
- BARK said it has concluded the review process and will focus on executing its standalone strategy, while remaining open to future strategic opportunities.
- BARK is -18.58% to $0.67.
