Navigator Gas股东启动700万股出售;公司将回购股份

Navigator Holdings (NVGS) on Thursday said that shareholder BW Group Limited plans to sell 7 million shares in a secondary public offering.
Navigator Gas said it is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from the offering.
The company added it intends to repurchase 3.5 million shares from the underwriters at the public offering price, funded with cash on hand, subject to completion of the offering and customary conditions.

NVGS -5.00% after hours to $18.21.
