The S-3 filing, dated March 17, 2026, allows the company to offer various securities like common stock, preferred stock, debt, warrants, and units over time.
The company may use these proceeds at broad discretion and intends them for all general corporate purposes.
The company mentioned that it faces various legal and operational risks and uncertainties related to being based in and having significant operations in mainland China.
Its stock price slumped about 40% on Tuesday and traded about 1.4% during the after-hours of market.
