Stantec (STN) renewed its share purchase plan approved to now repurchase up to 2.28M common shares, about 2% of its outstanding shares.
The purchases may commence on March 12, 2026 and will terminate no later than March 11, 2027.
The number of shares to be purchased per day will not exceed 96,076 or ~25% of the average daily trading volume for the six full calendar months ending February 28, 2026, which is 384,306 shares.
The company currently has about 114M shares outstanding.
