Post Holdings (POST) plans to commence a private offering of $500M in aggregate principal amount of the company's 6.250% senior notes due 2034.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay the costs, fees and expenses associated with the sale, to fund the repayment of the outstanding balance of its revolving credit facility as of December 31, 2025 and, to the extent there are any remaining net proceeds, for general corporate purposes.
