Lithia & Driveway在俄勒冈州田纳西州收购两家经销商

Lithia & Driveway (LAD) acquired Toyota of Gallatin in Gallatin, Tennessee, and Mercedes-Benz of Medford in Medford, Oregon.
These additions bring Lithia & Driveway's total year-to-date annualized U.S. revenue acquired to $225M. The acquisitions were financed using existing on-balance sheet capacity.
