Avalon GloboCare (ALBT) announced a private placement to raise up to $9.75M.
The offering involves issuing ~6.37M shares plus Series A-1 and A-2 warrants to purchase up to same number of shares, all at $0.51 per share.
It provides $3.25M in upfront gross proceeds, with potential additional $6.5M if warrants are fully exercised on a cash basis.
The net proceeds will repay certain debt and support general working capital needs.
The offering is expected to close on February 27, 2026.
