- Electra Battery Materials Corporation (ELBM:CA) said on Friday it has increased the size of its at-the-market equity program to allow for sales of up to $25 million of common shares.
- The shares may be sold from time to time through H.C. Wainwright at prevailing market prices on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
- The $25 million aggregate amount includes up to $5.5 million previously covered under a December 2025 prospectus supplement.
- Electra said it intends to use net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including expenditures related to commissioning its Ontario sulfate refinery.
- ELBM -0.0% after hours to $0.838.
