- Nasdaq had previously notified the company of its non-compliance on August 20, September 29, and December 23, 2025.
- The delayed filings stem from audit committee investigations at Immersion (IMMR) and its consolidated subsidiary, Barnes & Noble Education (BNED), which will require a restatement of previously issued financial statements.
- The Nasdaq letter stated the company failed to meet the terms of an exception granted on February 9, 2026, to regain compliance.
