Westwood Holdings (WHG) reported Q4 2025 revenue of $27.1M, up from $24.3M in Q3 and $25.6M a year earlier.
Q4 non-GAAP earnings were $0.36 per share.
Full-year 2025 net income rose to $7.1M from $2.2M in 2024, with diluted EPS of $0.79.
Revenue growth was driven by strong investor interest in ETFs and private energy secondaries funds, as well as higher performance fees.
Westwood declared a $0.15 per share cash dividend payable April 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 3, 2026.
