Totec Resources在法兰克福证券交易所上市

  • Totec Resources (TOTC:CA) said on Friday it has listed its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol U0Z0, resulting in a dual listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Frankfurt exchange to enhance liquidity and investor access.
  • The company also said its board has approved the adoption of a new omnibus equity incentive plan.
  • The plan allows for stock options equal to up to 10% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares, along with 3.85M shares available for issuance under RSUs, PSUs, DSUs, and SARs.
  • Shares +4.48%.
