Veeco批准与Axcelis合并

Veeco Instruments (VECO) announced on Friday its stockholders approved all proposals related to its pending merger with Axcelis Technologies (ACLS) at a special meeting of stockholders.
The completion of the merger remains subject to other customary closing conditions.
Veeco and Axcelis continue to expect that the merger will be completed in the second half of 2026.
Shares +5.97%.
