- Adtalem Global Education (ATGE) is changing its name to Covista as part of a strategic transformation.
- The company's stock will begin trading under the ticker symbol CVSA on the New York Stock Exchange on February 24, 2026.
- Four years ago, the company decided to focus on healthcare. That change is now complete, and Covista operates five accredited healthcare institutions in the U.S., serving more than 97,000 students and 385,000 alumni across fields such as medicine, nursing, veterinary care, and behavioral health. The company is now looking to expand capacity to help address the shortage of healthcare workers.
