萨拉托加宣布发行票据并获得Egan-Jones的BBB+评级

Saratoga Investment (NYSE:SAR) said on Thursday that it has commenced a registered public offering of unsecured notes and received an independent investment grade rating of BBB+ from Egan-Jones.
Egan-Jones is a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO), a credit rating provider (CRP) recognized by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and is certified by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
The notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and to trade within 30 days of the original issue date under the trading symbol “SAV.”
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with available cash, to fully redeem its outstanding 4.375% notes due 2026.
