Venu取消了7500万美元公开募股计划

Venu (VENU) had terminated its proposed $75M public offering of common stock, previously announced on January 27.
The management said that current market conditions are not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of the company’s shareholders.
The stock price gained 2% on Wednesday during after-market hours of trading.
