绿地科技以610万美元的承销公开募股价格

Greenland Technologies (Nasdaq: GTEC) on Wednesday said it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,083,330 units at $1.20 per unit.
Each unit consists of one ordinary share and four-fifths of one warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one ordinary share at $1.20 per share. The warrants are immediately exercisable and will expire three years from issuance.
Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be about $6.1 million before underwriting discounts and expenses.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on or about January 29, subject to customary conditions.
GTEC is -14.16% to $1.03.
