Lianhe Sowell International (NASDAQ:LHSW) announced on Wednesday that it received a notice from Nasdaq dated Jan. 22, 2026, stating that the company is not in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the company has 180 calendar days, until July 21, 2026, to regain compliance.
The company will monitor the closing bid price of its shares and consider available options to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule.
