StandardAero (NYSE:SARO) said on Tuesday that it expects FY2025 revenue of $6.05B to $6.08B, up 15.6%–16.1% from $5.24B a year earlier.
The company estimates FY2025 net income of $270M to $280M, compared with $11M in FY24.
Adjusted EBITDA is projected at $806M to $812 M, up 16.7%–17.6% from $690.5M a year ago.
Cash flow from operations is estimated at $310 M to $320M for FY2025, up $233.7M to $243.7M from $76.3M in FY2024.
Free cash flow is expected at $200M to $210M, compared with a cash use of $45M a year ago, representing an increase of $245M to $255M.
Consensus for FY2025 revenues is $6.01B.
