Arbe Robotics宣布发行1600万美元股票

Arbe Robotics (ARBE) has priced an underwritten offering of 11.5M ordinary shares at a purchase price of $1.40 per share for gross proceeds of ~$16.1M.
The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.725M ordinary shares at the public offering price.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on or about January 27, 2025.
