迪尔首席财务官杰普森辞职,坎贝尔被任命为代理首席财务官

- Deere & Company (DE) said on Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Joshua Jepsen will resign effective February 19, 2026.
- The company said Ryan Campbell will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis from February 19 while Deere conducts a search for a permanent replacement.
- Campbell is currently president of worldwide construction and forestry and power systems and previously served as Deere’s CFO from 2019 to 2022.
- Deere said Jepsen’s departure is not related to any financial or accounting issues or disagreements with the company.
