C3is (NASDAQ:CISS) announced on Thursday that it has determined to effect a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of the company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, effective on January 25, 2026.
The company said the reverse stock split will reduce outstanding common shares to about 1.02M from roughly 20.5M, with no change to par value.
No fractional shares will be issued in the reverse stock split.
Stockholders, entitled to fractional shares being paid in cash, calculated based on the Jan. 23, 2026 Nasdaq closing price.
Shares +8.37%.
