- The company reported preliminary FY 2025 EBITDA of approximately $600M, 8% of sales, and adjusted free cash flow of approximately $315M.
- Dana expects FY 2026 sales between $7.30B and $7.70B versus a consensus of $7.61B. The firm expects adjusted FY 2026 adjusted EBITDA between $750M and $850M and adjusted free cash flow between $250M and $350M.
- Dana said its three‑year new business backlog totals $750M, driven by new program awards, increased content, and expanded vehicle platforms across both the light‑ and commercial‑vehicle segments. The company expects $200M in incremental new business growth in 2026 from next‑generation platforms with global OEMs.
