QXO (NYSE:QXO) stated on Thursday that it intends to offer $750M of common stock, with the underwriter having an option to purchase up to an additional $112.5M of shares of common stock.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund corporate purposes and potential acquisitions.
BofA Securities is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
