Shares of AMN Healthcare Services (AMN) climbed ~19% on Wednesday after the healthcare staffing firm released an investor slide deck prepared for its presentation at the ongoing J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
The presentation indicated the Dallas, Texas-based company’s plans to achieve 50-100 bps of adjusted EBITDA margin expansion and a gross margin increase of 50-100 bps in 2026 on a revenue momentum built on a normalized Q4 run rate under a base case scenario.
After 2026, AMN Healthcare (AMN) projects 10%–15% of adj. EBITDA CAGR on 4%–6% of annual organic revenue growth along with roughly 60% of EBITDA to free cash flow conversion.
Other highlights of the presentation include a $40M-$45M Capex projection set by the management for 2025. AMN Healthcare (AMN) is scheduled to present at the J.P. Morgan Conference on Wednesday at 1:30 PM PST.
