OneSpan (NASDAQ:OSPN) said on Monday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Build38.
Following the agreement, the company plans to integrate Build38’s SDK-based RASP technology, enhancing its mobile security portfolio, combined with Build38’s industry expertise and compliance with rigorous global certifications to deliver advanced mobile identity protection and security solutions.
The planned transaction is expected to close by March 2026.
