Hyperion DeFi (HYPD) announced on Monday that its board of directors has appointed Hyunsu Jung as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Jung joined Hyperion DeFi as chief investment officer in June 2025, where he has focused on developing on-chain business lines, strengthening operational discipline, and expanding institutional relationships.
Before joining the company, Jung designed and deployed differentiated digital asset strategies at DARMA Capital.
The company also previously announced the appointment of David Knox, CFA, as chief financial officer on September 29, 2025.
