Armis的ServiceNow交易有意义:雷蒙德·詹姆斯
2025-12-24 03:28
- ServiceNow's (NOW) $7.75B deal for Armis makes strategic sense, Raymond James said on Tuesday.
- “We believe this deal could provide ServiceNow with the capabilities to extend or enhance its existing OT offerings (e.g., OT Asset Management) by acquiring a best-of-breed OT security vendor and accelerating its expansion into industrial and critical-infrastructure environments,” Raymond James analysts wrote in a note to clients. “The combination of the two companies can enable customers to better discover, manage, and secure both their IT and OT assets. ServiceNow and Armis have been deeply integrated since 2020 through the Service Graph Connector, providing ServiceNow with a 'try-before-you-buy' view into joint customer usage and the demand for deeper, native security capabilities.”
- ServiceNow shares fell 2.2% in late trading on Tuesday.
