Cemrex宣布200万美元注册直接发行

Cemtrex (CETX) has entered into a definitive agreement for the purchase of about 800,000 shares and / or pre funded warrants with a single institutional investor, at a purchase price of $2.50 per share, for gross proceeds of about $2 million.
The transaction is expected to close on or about Dec 23, 2025.
CETX -2.97% premarket to $2.94.
