Polestar (PSNY) announced a $300M equity investment from BBVA and Natixis, with each investing $150M.
The investors entered into put option arrangements with Geely Sweden Holdings AB, providing a potential exit after three years with defined returns.
Separately, Geely Sweden Holdings AB agreed to convert ~$300M of Polestar’s outstanding principal and interest under its term facility into equity.
