Bain Capital Integral Investors II will sell 1.85M BRP (DOO:CA) subordinate voting shares at C$100 per share in a bought deal led by RBC Capital Markets.
Bain currently holds about 14.2% of BRP’s outstanding shares and 24.3% of voting power.
After the offering, Bain’s stake will decline to roughly 11.7% of shares and 20.7% of voting power.
All net proceeds will go to Bain, with BRP receiving no proceeds from the transaction.
