- Lexaria Bioscience (LEXX) announced a registered direct offering to sell about 2.66 million shares at $1.315 per share, raising gross proceeds of roughly $3.5 million.
- The company will also issue unregistered warrants to buy an additional 2.66 million shares at an exercise price of $1.19, exercisable immediately and expiring five years after the related resale registration becomes effective.
- Closing date is December 16, 2025.
- The aggregate gross proceeds of $3.5M will be used to advance its research and development efforts, fund working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
- LEXX -26.1% premarket to $0.99
