Senstar Technology以1040万欧元收购Blickfeld GmbH

- Senstar Technologies (NASDAQ:SNT) stated on Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Blickfeld GmbH for €10.4M in cash with €1M in performance-based earnouts.
- The acquisition will be fully funded with cash from the company's $21.7M balance of cash and cash equivalents and short-term bank deposits as of September 30, 2025.
- The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2026.
- The acquisition will expand the company's ability to serve a broader global customer base with a more holistic, best-in-class portfolio of intelligent security solutions.
