Canadian Natural Resources prices C$1.65B notes

Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) priced C$1.65B in medium-term notes consisting of three tranches sold to Canadian investors.
The notes consist of C$550M 3.30% coupon 3-year note at C$99.887 with 3.340% YTM; C$550M 3.75% coupon 5-year note at C$99.781 with 3.798% YTM; and C$550M 4.55% coupon 10-year note at C$99.700 with 4.588% YTM.
The net proceeds received by Canadian Natural from the issuance and sale of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
The offering is targeted to close on December 8, 2025.
