KALA比奥将通过注册直接发行筹集1000万美元

- KALA BIO (NASDAQ:KALA) on Thursday said that it has entered into definitive agreements for the purchase of an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, at $1.00 per share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
- The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 5, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
- The aggregate gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $10 million and the company currently intends to use the net proceeds to use the funds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
- KALA is +14.59% to $1.06.
