OneStream宣布CFO过渡

OneStream (OS) chief financial officer Bill Koefoed will step down effective December 31, 2025.
Board member and former HubSpot/Blackboard CFO John Kinzer will join immediately as strategic advisor and become interim CFO on January 1, 2026.
Koefoed will remain with OneStream as senior advisor through April 1, 2026.
Kinzer will stay on the board but has stepped down from its committees.
