Invest Green announces $172.5M initial public offering

- Invest Green (NASDAQ:IGAC.UN) announced on Wednesday the closing of its initial public offering of 17.25M units at a price of $10.00 per unit on November 26, 2025.
- The offering included full exercising by the underwriters of their overallotment option to purchase an additional 2.25M units.
- Total gross proceeds from the offering were $172.5M.
- The units began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “IGACU” on November 25, 2025.
- Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right entitling the holder thereof to receive one-tenth of one Class A ordinary share upon the completion of an initial business combination.
- A registration statement relating to the securities became effective on November 24, 2025.
