迈阿密国际宣布将MIAXdx出售给Robinhood Markets

Miami International (NYSE:MIAX) announced on Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement to sell 90% of the issued and outstanding equity in MIAX derivatives exchange, a wholly owned subsidiary of MIAX, to Robinhood Markets, in partnership with Susquehanna International.
The company will retain the remaining 10% of the issued and outstanding equity of MIAXdx.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 subject to customary closing conditions and certain filings with the CFTC.
MIAXdx is a designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization with regulatory approval from the Commodity futures trading commission (CFTC) to list and clear fully collateralized futures, options on futures, and swaps.
The transaction with Robinhood will closely align the company's strategy of partnering with industry leaders to offer innovative trading products to the market.
