美国铝业公司打算赎回1.41亿美元的2027年到期的未偿5.5%票据

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) announced on Tuesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., has issued a notice to redeem all $141M of its outstanding 5.500% notes due in 2027.
The notes will be redeemed on December 15, 2025, and price of the notes will be equal to 100.000% of the principal amount of the notes.
The redemption will be funded using cash on hand.
