SITE Centers sells Arizona property for $28.5M

SITE Centers (SITC) announced the completion of a property disposition, it sold Paradise Village Gateway, a retail center located in Phoenix, Arizona, for $28.5 million.

A significant portion of the net proceeds generated from this sale was immediately utilized to repay $24.3 million in outstanding mortgage debt.
