Land & Buildings Investment Management exited VICI Properties (VICI) and American Tower (AMT) during the third quarter, according to its latest 13F filing.

Land & Buildings is known as an investment firm specializing in publicly traded real estate and related securities, with an activist approach that often involves pushing for strategic changes within its portfolio companies.

In Q3, the activist investor took a $3.72M stake in AvalonBay Communities (AVB), $35.30M stake in Centerspace (CSR), $12.52M stake in Crown Castle (CCI), $7.77M stake in Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT), $20.60M stake in Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI), $24.04M stake in Prologis (PLD), $9.57M stake in Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP), and a $3.57M stake in UDR (UDR).

Another notable addition was a $36.02M stake in Six Flags Entertainment (FUN).

Also, the investment firm exited Apartment Investment and Management (AIV), Equity Residential (EQR), Kite Realty Group (KRG), Elme Communities (ELME), and SmartRent (SMRT) in Q3.
