London (UKX) -0.14% to 9,544. UK's inflation drops to 3.6% in October, as expected.The British pound held steady near $1.31, close to the seven-month low reached earlier this month. Factory gate prices for UK-manufactured goods rose 3.6% Y/Y in October. 

Germany (DAX:IND) -0.02% at 23,178. 

France (CAC:IND) -0.30% to 7,943, its weakest level since mid-October.

In other parts of Europe, Georgia’s trade deficit narrowed to $775.4M in October.

Producer prices in Moldova rose to 6.4% Y/Y in October.

The annual inflation rate in Austria stood at 4% in October.

The pan-European Stoxx 600 (STOXX) traded 0.14% lower to 561, hovering near flatline, as investors turned their attention to Nvidia’s quarterly results due after the U.S. market close. Besides, brent crude oil futures fell toward $64, trimming the prior session’s gains due to outweighed concerns over potential fallout from Russia-related sanctions.

In the bond market, the yield on the US 10-year Treasury was up less than 1 basis point to 4.12%.

UK's 10-year yield was down 1 basis point to 4.55%. 

Germany's 10-year yield was down less than 1 basis point to 2.71%.
