TILT控股宣布等待从Cboe Canada退市

- TILT Holdings (OTCQB:TLLTF) (TILT:CA) said on Friday that its shares were suspended from trading on Cboe Canada on November 7, 2025, after the company received a letter from Cboe notifying it of the suspension following creditor protection under Canada’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
- The company’s securities were also halted on the OTCID marketplace operated by OTC Markets Group.
- TILT said its common shares will be officially delisted from Cboe Canada on November 18, and there is no assurance that the trading suspension will be lifted prior to the delisting.
- TLLTF closed +11.29% at $0.0069.
